Jennifer Brown has done it once again. Secrets Unearthed leaves one asking questions. The main one is why? What evil had to continue to be covered up? Why did so many people have to suffer because of one man's mistakes? This book is a definite must read- However, read the first one first 'Celebrity Secrets.' I want to know more.

This book is so engrossingly mysterious. I was so engrossed in reading this book that I finished it before I knew it. I was impressed with the author's direct of the mystery and the plot itself. Ms. Brown is a wonderful writer with great depth and direction. I would love to have been able to see this on a Movie screen. This is a book that will be hard to put down and even take a break on. She keeps your interest and keeps drawing you into the mystery. If you think you have family secrets, you haven't seen anything until you read this book!
If I had to rate this book, I would definitely give it a 5 stars out of 5 stars. Extremely impressive and a chair gripper. This is a must read book.

Jennifer Brown has penned an excellent mystery mini-series, with stalker fans, mysterious boyfriends and missing puzzle pieces everyone seems to have blocked out of their minds in order to survive. In 1987, Elissa was two years old when her family came home to a horrible crime scene that Monica has been trying to shield her daughter from. When some mysterious men kill her father and kidnap her brother, her whole world comes crashing down. Monica allows the media to guide her decision to close the case and never looks further into finding her son.
When D.S. Kirk releases a new book, giving detailed descriptions of the life they were trying to forget, Monica feels like the walls are closing in and she has nowhere to turn. Monica has a whole new life and a new family, starting over and forgetting about the murder of her husband and missing child. Will the Brewster's' be able to save Elissa from the truth from oh so long ago? Or will she become a target in this tangled web of lies and deception?

I recommend this book to mystery lovers; I cannot wait to read the next book to see if my theories are right.

Keeps you guessing Jennifer Brown takes her readers into the life of her main character with an abandon. The roller coaster ride doesn't end with the last page of the book. It only makes one want to read more. The skeletons that come out of the closet are not only scary they are lethal. This book is a great read and very well written.

We are thrown in to the world of Elissa, a young actress, who has kept her dark past behind her. She doesn't realize what will lie ahead. Celebrity Secrets has its twist and turns. It keeps you guessing tell the last page. The first book out of the series, I can't wait till the next. Jennifer Brown is a great writer and it will be interesting to what else she will write in the future.
